Social responsibility is very important for both brands – to this end the net proceeds of each knitting set will be donated to the children‘s hospice Sterntalerhof. ANDY WOLF has supported this non-profit organization for many years now.
The inspiration for the glasses frames and knitwear pieces from ANDY WOLF X LANA GROSSA is as simple as it sounds: stripes, stripes and more stripes. This concept is the common thread that runs through every frame and every garment. Each of the six exclusive frames have an inner stripe, a unique striped dash of color that gives each frame an entirely new look. The striped look, in matching LANA GROSSA merino wool color, is continued in the garment, inviting ANDY WOLF customers to challenge themselves: each piece must be first either knitted or crocheted.
The eleven-part wool set includes either a hip balaclava or a wool hat + scarf ensemble, a glasses case and, for absolute beginners, a spool knitted neck strap. The wool wraps itself around the glasses and the customer skillfully around its finger!
