SILK

Silk is remarkably skin friendly and has excellent temperature regulation. It is the only naturally occurring endless textile fibre and is made primarily of protein. This super fibre can absorb up to 30 % of its own weight in moisture, dries quickly and is wrinkle resistant.

Furthermore, it offers a luxurious feel, a natural shine and is hypoallergenic. A particular advantage of silk is that it is lightweight and tear resistant. In winter, it will keep you warm and cozy, while in the summer it will stay pleasantly cool against your skin.

The biggest advantage is that silk is now recognised as a natural anti-ageing product. It stimulates the skin cells and draws moisture outwards. As some of the silk glue remains on the fibre, silk has a healing-supporting property and can therefore also have an anti-inflammatory effect.
