Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and further develop a defined sales territory
  • Actively acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Conduct sales and advisory meetings with specialized retailers
  • Present and promote our products at trade shows and events
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, and report findings to the sales management
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in field sales, preferably in the textile or craft industry
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Proficiency in MS Office and modern communication tools
  • Passion for crafts and a keen sense for trends
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • German language skills an advantage
