Your Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop a defined sales territory
- Actively acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
- Conduct sales and advisory meetings with specialized retailers
- Present and promote our products at trade shows and events
- Monitor market trends and competitors, and report findings to the sales management
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in field sales, preferably in the textile or craft industry
- High willingness to travel and flexibility
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Proficiency in MS Office and modern communication tools
- Passion for crafts and a keen sense for trends
- Very good knowledge of English
- German language skills an advantage
